Use of the Website implies the express and full acceptance of these general terms and conditions in the version published at the time the user accesses it, without prejudice to any specific terms and conditions that may apply to certain services provided through the Website.

Trademarks, trade names and distinctive signs are owned by Prudencia Broker Group, S.L, whether by virtue of industrial or intellectual property rights, and access to the Portal shall not be understood as granting any right over the aforementioned trademarks, trade names and/or distinctive signs.

All products and services on these pages that are NOT owned by Prudencia Broker Group, S.L are registered trademarks of their respective owners and are recognised as such by our company. They only appear on the Prudencia Broker Group, S.L Website for promotional and information-gathering purposes. These owners may request the modification or removal of the information belonging to them.

3. Terms of Use of the Portal

3.1 General

The User undertakes to use the Portal correctly and in accordance with the Law and this Legal Notice. The User shall be liable to Prudencia Broker Group, S.L or to third parties for any damages that may be caused as a result of failure to comply with this obligation.

The use of the Portal for purposes that may harm the assets or interests of Prudencia Broker Group, S.L or third parties, or that in any other way overload, damage or disable the networks, servers and other computer equipment (hardware) or computer products and applications (software) of Prudencia Broker Group, S.L or third parties, is expressly prohibited.

3.2 Content

The User undertakes to use the Content in accordance with the Law and this Legal Notice, as well as with any other terms, regulations and instructions that may be applicable, where appropriate, in accordance with the provisions of clause 1.

By way of example only, and in accordance with applicable legislation, the User shall refrain from:

• Reproducing, copying, distributing, making available, publicly communicating, transforming or modifying the Content, except in cases authorised by law or expressly consented to by Prudencia Broker Group, S.L or by the holder of the relevant exploitation rights, where applicable.
• Reproducing or copying for private use any Content that may be considered Software or a Database in accordance with the applicable intellectual property legislation, as well as publicly communicating or making such Content available to third parties when such acts necessarily involve reproduction by the User or a third party.

3.3 Introduction of Links to the Portal

Any Internet user wishing to introduce links from their own websites to the Portal must comply with the conditions detailed below, and lack of knowledge of such conditions shall not exempt them from the liabilities arising under the Law:

The link shall only connect to the home page or main page of the Portal and may not reproduce it in any way (online links, copying of texts, graphics, etc.).

4. Disclaimer of Liability

4.1 Information

Prudencia Broker Group, S.L shall not be liable for decisions taken on the basis of the information provided on the Portal, nor for any damages caused to the User or third parties as a result of actions based solely on information obtained through the Portal.

4.2 Quality of the Service

Access to the Portal does not imply any obligation on the part of Prudencia Broker Group, S.L to monitor the absence of viruses, worms or any other harmful computer elements.

It is the User's responsibility, in all cases, to have appropriate tools for the detection and disinfection of harmful computer programs.

Prudencia Broker Group, S.L shall not be liable for any damage caused to the computer equipment of Users or third parties during the provision of the Portal service.

4.3 Availability of the Service

Access to the Portal requires services and supplies from third parties, including transmission through telecommunications networks, whose reliability, quality, continuity and operation are not the responsibility of Prudencia Broker Group, S.L. Consequently, the services provided through the Portal may be suspended, cancelled or become inaccessible before or simultaneously with the provision of the Portal service.

Prudencia Broker Group, S.L shall not be liable for any damages of any kind caused to the User as a result of failures or disconnections in telecommunications networks that result in the suspension, cancellation or interruption of the Portal service during or prior to its provision.

4.4 Content and Services Linked through the Portal

The Portal access service includes technical linking devices, directories and even search tools that allow the User to access other Internet pages and portals (hereinafter, "Linked Sites"). In such cases, Prudencia Broker Group, S.L acts as an intermediary service provider in accordance with Article 17 of Law 34/2002, of 12 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI), and shall only be liable for the content and services provided on the Linked Sites to the extent that it has actual knowledge of their unlawful nature and has failed to deactivate the link with due diligence. If the User considers that a Linked Site contains unlawful or inappropriate content, they may notify Prudencia Broker Group, S.L in accordance with the procedure and effects established in clause 6, without such notification in any case implying an obligation to remove the corresponding link.

Under no circumstances shall the existence of Linked Sites imply the existence of agreements with their respective operators or owners, nor the recommendation, promotion or identification of Prudencia Broker Group, S.L with the statements, content or services provided.

Prudencia Broker Group, S.L is not aware of the content and services of the Linked Sites and therefore shall not be liable for any damages caused by the unlawful nature, quality, outdated nature, unavailability, error or uselessness of the content and/or services of the Linked Sites, nor for any other damage that is not directly attributable to Prudencia Broker Group, S.L.

6. Reporting Unlawful and Inappropriate Activities

If the User or any other Internet user becomes aware that the Linked Sites lead to pages whose content or services are unlawful, harmful, defamatory, violent or contrary to morality, they may contact Prudencia Broker Group, S.L by providing the following information:

• Personal details of the reporting party: name, address, telephone number and email address;
• Description of the facts revealing the unlawful or inappropriate nature of the Linked Site;

Receipt by Prudencia Broker Group, S.L of the notification provided for in this clause shall not, pursuant to the LSSI, constitute actual knowledge of the activities and/or content indicated by the reporting party.

The reporting party must also provide documentation evidencing the legal standing of the rights holder and, where applicable, authorisation to act on behalf of the rights holder when that person is different from the reporting party.

7. Notifications

All notices and communications made by the parties shall be valid in accordance with the means recognised by law. Those relating to this Portal shall be deemed effective for all purposes if made through the Portal itself.

8. Amendments

Prudencia Broker Group, S.L reserves the right to make, without prior notice, any amendments it deems appropriate to its Website, and may change, remove or add both the content and services provided through it and the manner in which they are presented.

Furthermore, these terms and conditions may be changed at any time. The amendments shall enter into force from the moment they are published.

9. Social Networks

Prudencia Broker Group, S.L has a presence on various social networks and platforms. Therefore, when accessing any of these or other networks, it should be taken into account that the applicable terms of use are those established by each platform, in which Prudencia Broker Group, S.L has no involvement.

10. Governing Law

This Legal Notice shall be governed in all respects by Spanish law. Whenever applicable law permits waiver of the legally established jurisdiction, the Courts of Madrid shall have jurisdiction to settle any potential disputes, with the User expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
